Open access (OA) journals are scholarly journals that are available online to the reader "without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself."
Open Access is the free, immediate, online availability of research articles, coupled with the rights to use these articles fully in the digital environment.
Open access publications are freely and permanently available online to anyone with an internet connection. Unrestricted use, distribution and reproduction in any medium are permitted, provided the author/editor is properly attributed.
Open access has gained tremendous support from both authors, who appreciate the increased visibility of their work, as well as science institutions and funders, who value the societal impact of freely available research results.
The open access journals are freely available to the reader, there are still costs associated with the publication and production of such journals. Some are subsidized, and some require payment on behalf of the author
JPAR shall provide unlimited facility to the reader worldwide with free download and reading facility without charging anything to the reader.
